This two-section, 72-inch unit combines refrigerated storage with a durable, fire-proof stainless steel work surface, so you can position countertop cooking equipment directly on top—no heat shield required. A full marine drip guard helps contain spills and protects surrounding stations.
Keep high-volume ingredients at arm’s reach with four drawers: the top drawer holds two 12" x 20" x 6" pans and the bottom drawer holds two 12" x 20" x 6" pans (pans not included). The aluminum interior and side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration use R134a and a 1/3 HP system to deliver reliable cold storage for fast-paced service.
