Maximize line efficiency with the Beverage Air WTRCS84HC-96 worktop cook stand refrigerator. This two-section, 96-inch unit pairs a stainless steel marine top with a drip guard edge and 17.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage to keep ingredients close at hand.
Stage proteins, sauces, and mise en place in four drawers configured for 12" x 20" x 6" pans (not included). Each top and bottom drawer holds 3 pans on the left and 2 on the right, helping chefs pre-portion batches for rush service and fast changeovers.
A side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with a 1/3 HP compressor simplifies installation and keeps service access clear. Built of stainless steel and certified UL, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, this made-in-USA base supports high-volume kitchen demands.
