Four refrigerated drawers keep proteins, produce, and garnishes within arm’s reach, while 14.75 cu. ft. of capacity supports high-volume service. A stainless steel exterior stands up to daily use, and the aluminum interior streamlines wipe-downs between rushes.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration speeds installation and service access, powered by a 1/5 HP system using eco-friendly R290. The two-section layout helps organize ingredients by station or daypart for faster ticket times. UL, cUL, and UL EPH Classified construction supports code and sanitation needs, and it’s made in the USA.
