Designed to fit Blodgett® convection ovens using a 5-3/8" x 7-1/2" triangular plate, this kit helps chefs, foodservice operators, and facility managers reposition heavy units with confidence. The secure plate mount and robust components support reliable performance on busy kitchen floors.
Roll smoothly on 5" swivel casters featuring non-marking polyurethane treads and double ball bearings for easy maneuvering around tight lines. Lock equipment in place during loading or service with the integrated top lock brake, and rely on a 500 lb capacity to handle demanding workloads. A 1/2" king pin adds strength for repeated movements.
Built for tough environments, the zinc plated finish and polyurethane tread resist acids and caustics commonly found in cleaning routines. An operational temperature range of -45° to 180°
