Fabricated from 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel, it resists corrosion, wipes down quickly, and stands up to daily kitchen traffic. The clean, professional look supports open-kitchen presentation as well as back-of-house productivity.
Measuring 48 inches wide by 18 inches deep, the shelf installs directly onto a compatible work table using the included self-tapping screws. It ships knocked down to navigate tight hallways and elevators and assembles quickly on site. NSF listing helps you meet foodservice sanitation standards.
