Built from 18-gauge, type 304 stainless steel, this shelf withstands daily commercial use while maintaining a clean, professional presentation. A weep accepts 1-inch nylon tubing (sold separately), allowing controlled drainage where needed to help manage rinse water or air-drying. Mounting brackets are included for sturdy installation above a sink line, dish machine, or dishtable sorting shelf.
NSF certification supports compliance in high-volume kitchens, cafeterias, and facilities operations. Use it to stage racks as they move from pre-rinse to warewashing, or to hold clean racks for expedient service.
