Product Description
This dish table kit streamlines left-to-right operation for busy commercial kitchens, guiding warewashing from incoming items to clean staging with minimal handoffs and clear direction. It includes a clean dishtable (BKCDT-26-R) and a soiled dishtable (BKSDT-26-L) to organize tasks and maintain clear separation throughout the process. Built for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, the layout supports efficient movement and predictable pacing during peak service across dish room shifts.
A slant rack shelf (BK-SSH-21) keeps racks accessible for orderly staging and easy reach, while a pre-rinse basket (BK-PRB-5) groups items for streamlined loading and station control. The pre-rinse assembly with add-on faucet (BKF-SMPR-WB-AF8-G) enables targeted rinsing and quick step-to-step transitions for a smooth workflow during day-to-day operations. It is NSF.
