Engineered for left-to-right operation, this dish table kit organizes the warewashing line for clear, efficient movement across stations from start to finish. It combines a clean dishtable (BKCDT-48-R) and a soiled dishtable (BKSDT-48-L) to keep tasks organized and maintain an orderly sequence. A slant rack shelf (BK-SSH-42) is included to keep racks accessible during processing and support a tidy, predictable layout for consistent access and placement.
Pre-rinse needs are covered with a pre-rinse basket (BK-PRB-5) and a pre-rinse assembly with add-on faucet (BKF-SMPR-WB-AF8-G), bringing the essential rinsing tools into one coordinated footprint for the station. This integrated set helps chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers implement a practical dishroom workflow without sourcing separate pieces in daily service. It is NSF.
