Deploy the BK Resources BKS-3-1620-12-18L three-compartment sink to organize wash, rinse, and sanitize workflows. Three 16" x 20" x 12" bowls handle sheet pans, cutting boards, and daily wares while keeping stations separated. An 18" left-side drainboard stages dirty racks or drip-dries clean items to reclaim space.
Built from 18-gauge, 304 stainless steel with 1-1/2" rolled front and side edges, this unit stands up to busy back-of-house use and simplifies cleanup. A 9" backsplash helps contain splashes, and 8" on-center splash-mount faucet holes streamline faucet installation. Basket drains (BKDR-4) help capture debris and maintain flow.
