Generous 18 x 24 x 14 inch bowls handle sheet pans, mixing bowls, and stock pots with room to spare. Stage soiled wares and air-dry rinsed items on the 18-inch left and right drainboards to keep tasks moving. Smooth 1-1/2 inch rolled edges add strength and safer handling for busy crews.
Basket drains (BKDR-4) come included to trap debris and support clean operation. Rigid stainless steel legs with side bracing and adjustable bullet feet allow quick leveling on uneven floors. NSF listing supports health code compliance in restaurants, commissaries, and institutional kitchens.
