The BK Resources CST-3684 is a stainless steel work table designed to streamline prep, plating, and staging in high-volume kitchens. Its 84" x 36" footprint and open-front cabinet base let teams consolidate tools and ingredients right where the work happens.
A 14-gauge 304 stainless steel top withstands heavy use, from chopping produce to assembling sheet pans, while the 18-gauge 304 body supports everyday storage. Stainless steel panels enclose the sides and rear to keep contents contained and presentable.
Dial in a level surface with 6 inch stainless steel legs featuring 1 inch of height adjustment and durable stainless steel feet. NSF listed construction supports food safety programs across restaurants, commissaries, and institutional kitchens.
