Product Description
This drop-in cold food well delivers two wells with 3 inch deep pan rails to support efficient cold holding on your line. It holds standard 12 x 20 food pans and fractional sized pans, giving chefs, operators, and buyers a flexible setup for varied menus. Coved corners and an 18 gauge stainless steel exterior provide a smooth fit and polished presentation within existing counters.
Performance is driven by 134A refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system for reliable temperature maintenance across both wells. A 115v/60/1-ph connection draws 4.9 amps and is supplied with a cord and NEMA 5-15P for simple plug-in installation. NSF and UL compliance aligns with facility managers' requirements for commercial operations.
