Product Description
Keep salads, sides, and garnishes chilled and ready with this drop-in cold food well. A four-well configuration with 3-inch deep pan rails streamlines setup and replenishment while keeping contents accessible for staff and customers. It holds standard 12" x 20" food pans as well as fractional sized pans for flexible menu layouts.
The unit features coved corners and an 18 gauge stainless steel exterior that speed cleaning and stand up to daily use. The refrigeration system utilizes 404A refrigerant and a 1/2 HP motor to maintain cold holding, while a 115v/60/1-ph connection draws 6.4 amps. A cord with a NEMA 5-15P makes installation straightforward, and NSF and UL listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
