Product Description
This portable, electric heated shelf warmer features a 16 inch wide by 12 inch deep warming surface constructed of 304 stainless steel, providing a defined platform for service. A blanket-type heating element works with an adjustable thermostat control to provide an 80–212°F temperature range. A marine edge surrounds the surface as a distinct perimeter.
Powered at 135 watts and 120 volts, it includes a 72 inch cord terminated with a NEMA 5-15P plug for connection to power. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can select temperatures within 80–212°F via the adjustable thermostat control for their applications. The combination of stainless steel construction, a blanket-type heating element, and a marine edge delivers a defined warming platform sized 16 inches wide by 12 inches deep.
