The 18/430 stainless steel top with turndown edges on all sides helps keep tools, trays, and ingredients contained and accessible.
Reinforced with channels, the top provides a sturdy platform for everyday tasks from chopping produce to staging sheet pans. An adjustable stainless steel undershelf lets you configure storage for smallwares or ingredient bins to keep workflows organized.
