The 24" wide x 18" deep surface organizes smallwares and tasks without crowding the line. A 1-1/2" rear riser (backsplash) helps contain splashes and prevents items from slipping off the back.
Work confidently on the 18/430 stainless steel top, featuring turndown edges on the front and sides and channel reinforcement for rigidity. Wipe-downs are quick, supporting clean transitions between chopping, staging, or plating. Use it as a landing zone for a slicer, cold prep, or a compact mixer.
Dial in storage with the adjustable galvanized undershelf to keep ingredients and pans within reach. The 1-5/8" galvanized legs and adjustable high-impact, corrosion-resistant feet promote stability and leveling on uneven floors.
