The BK Resources VTTR-1884 stainless steel work table streamlines prep and plating in tight footprints. Its 18" deep, 84" wide profile fits neatly along cooklines or against walls, while a 1-1/2" rear riser helps contain splashes for a cleaner workspace.
The 18-gauge 430 stainless steel top has turndown edges on the front and sides for comfort and product control, and is reinforced with channels to stay rigid under daily use. Pair it with the adjustable galvanized undershelf to stage smallwares, pans, and dry goods right where your crew needs them.
