The 18/430 stainless steel top features turndown edges on the front and sides for safe handling and quick wipe-downs. A 1-1/2 inch rear riser (backsplash) helps contain splashes and utensils, while channel reinforcement bolsters rigidity for everyday kitchen tasks.
