The BK Resources VTTR5-9630 work table maximizes prep space across a 96-inch by 30-inch footprint. An 18-gauge, 430-series stainless steel top withstands daily chopping, mixing, and plating, while turndown edges on the front and sides promote comfort and drip control. A 5-inch rear backsplash helps contain splashes to protect adjacent walls and maintain a cleaner workstation.
Stage ingredients, smallwares, or bulk containers on the adjustable galvanized undershelf to keep high-use items within reach.
