Its 72 inch by 24 inch footprint fits along cooklines or in tighter prep spaces to streamline workflow. The 18/430 stainless steel top stands up to daily use and wipes down quickly between tasks.
Turndown edges on all sides help contain crumbs and splashes while sitting flush with adjacent equipment and walls. Channel reinforcement beneath the top adds rigidity to support cutting boards, hotel pans, and small appliances without flex.
An adjustable galvanized undershelf keeps frequently used pans, smallwares, or dry ingredients organized and within reach. The 1-5/8 inch diameter galvanized legs and adjustable high-impact, corrosion-resistant feet make leveling straightforward on uneven floors. NSF listing supports use across prep areas, bakeries, and production lines.
