Its expansive 120-inch width and dual 24-inch drainboards give crews ample room to stage sheet pans, stock pots, and racks without bottlenecks. The 9-inch backsplash helps contain splashes and protect surrounding walls for a cleaner dish area.
Each 24 x 24 x 14 inch bowl accommodates large cookware and high-volume warewashing tasks common in restaurants, commissaries, and institutions. The 18-gauge 304 stainless steel body with 1-1/2 inch rolled edges stands up to daily use, while galvanized legs and adjustable corrosion-resistant feet provide stable, level placement on uneven floors.
