The Blodgett 1415 SINGLE is a compact electric countertop deck oven engineered to keep pace with busy service. Its 20 inch by 20 inch Cordierite deck and single 9 inch high compartment help teams turn out pizzas, flatbreads, and baked specials with reliable results while conserving space.
Solid-state digital controls streamline operation for repeatable bakes across shifts. A drop-down door speeds loading and unloading, and 4 inch stainless steel legs provide comfortable clearance for cleaning and airflow on work tables.
Built with a stainless steel front, top, and sides, this deck-type oven integrates cleanly on the line for restaurants, pizzerias, cafeterias, and concession programs. Use it to finish par-baked shells, reheat slices on demand, or execute small-batch pizzas during peak periods.
