The Blodgett 901 SINGLE gas deck oven streamlines high-volume baking on the line with a 33"W x 22"D deck and a single 12" high section. Its 22,000 BTU output and FTDO mechanical thermostat let teams dial in production temperatures from 200–500°F for dependable results during service.
Built for the rigors of commercial kitchens, it features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back with an aluminized steel interior and steel deck. A robust angle iron frame and counter-balanced doors with a heavy chrome handle support smooth, repeatable operation throughout busy shifts.
