A 20,000 BTU burner and a 200–500°F mechanical thermostat (FTDO) give chefs precise control for baking pizzas, flatbreads, focaccia, and finishing items in shallow pans. The 33" W x 22" D deck interior with a single 7" high section supports consistent output across service.
Built to thrive on the line, this deck oven combines a durable angle iron frame and steel deck with an aluminized steel interior for reliable heat retention. Counter-balanced doors with a heavy chrome handle speed loading and checking, minimizing heat loss and improving workflow. Stainless steel top, front, sides, and back stand up to daily cleaning and high-volume use.
Level installation is simple with 27-1/2" stainless steel adjustable legs, helping you align the oven with adjacent equipment. Balance temperature, recovery, and space to keep bakes uniform and presentation-ready through peak periods.
