Engineered for demanding service, the Blodgett 911 DOUBLE gas deck oven helps chefs move product efficiently through peak periods. Two 7-inch high sections, each with a 33-inch by 22-inch deck interior, provide flexible staging for pizzas, breads, and casseroles to keep tickets on time.
Set and maintain the right heat for each item using the FTDO mechanical thermostat with a 200–500°F range. With 20,000 BTU per section, the oven supports rapid recovery between bakes to maintain workflow on busy lines.
Built to last, it features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back; an aluminized steel interior; a steel deck; and a rigid angle iron frame. Counter-balanced doors with a heavy chrome handle and 19-inch stainless steel adjustable legs support smooth operation, easy positioning, and professional presentation in the kitchen. cETLus and NSF listings support code compliance.
