The spacious 42-inch-wide by 32-inch-deep deck with a single 7-inch section accommodates large pies and flatbreads while maintaining uniform results. A QHT Rokite deck stores and transfers heat efficiently, so operators can load, rotate, and recover temperatures quickly.
Built to work the line, this commercial pizza bake oven features stainless steel front, top, sides, and back on a rigid full angle iron frame. A counter-balanced door with concealed hinges speeds access, and 27-1/2-inch stainless steel legs set a comfortable working height.
