The Blodgett 961P DOUBLE gas deck oven powers high-volume service with two 7-inch-high baking sections and 42-inch by 32-inch deck interiors. Each section delivers 50,000 BTU, helping busy kitchens keep pace through lunch rushes and dinner peaks. From pizzerias to campus dining, it streamlines production without sacrificing consistency.
QHT Rokite decks provide reliable heat retention for uniform color and texture across the bake. An FDTH mechanical thermostat spans 300–650°F, enabling chefs to dial in temperatures for thin-crust pies, stromboli, or flatbreads. Smooth, counter-balanced doors with concealed hinges support fast loading and rotation.
Built for the rigors of daily service, the stainless steel top, front, sides, and back simplify cleanup and present a professional look on the line. A full angle iron frame with crown angle trim adds durability, while 19-inch stainless legs set ideal working height. A flue connector is included, and the unit is cETLus and NSF listed.
