The Blodgett BLCT-6-6E combines two BLCT-6E ovens in a compact, mini-size footprint to boost throughput without expanding your line. This electric, boilerless combi oven steamer streamlines baking, roasting, and steaming in busy operations from restaurants to catering and healthcare. Double-deck capacity helps you push out batches on time while preserving valuable floor space.
Drive consistency with intuitive touch screen controls and multiple cooking modes. Store up to 500 recipes for repeatable results across shifts, then fine-tune airflow with the reversible 9-speed fan. Each oven holds four 12" x 20" full size hotel pans, ideal for vegetables, proteins, and retherm.
Enhance workflow and oversight using the external temperature probe, HACCP support, and a USB port for data and menu updates. Automated CombiWash reduces manual cleaning between services. Durable stainless steel inside and out, a glass door, a 2-piece rack system, and adjustable feet support daily performance in demanding kitchens.
