Unlock high-volume throughput with the Blodgett CNVX-14G/BCX-14G, a gas stacked pairing of a convection oven and a boiler-based combi oven. Produce baking, roasting, steaming, and retherming from a single station to streamline lines in restaurants, caterers, and institutions. A total of 180,000 BTU and (2) 1/2 hp motors support demanding production.
Each deck accommodates either (14) 12" x 20" x 2.5" hotel pans or (7) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans to keep batches moving. A 4-speed reversible fan enables flexible airflow control across varied loads, while a 4" temperature probe and programmable manual control with storage for up to 100 recipes aid repeatability. The double-paned glass door helps you check progress without disrupting the cook cycle.
Operators can simplify cleanup and setup with (7) wire shelves, a retractable hose reel, and included hardware with 4" casters for mobility. This stacked solution helps consolidate footprint while maintaining throughput across prep, cook, and holding workflows. Certified cETLus and NSF for commercial kitchens.
