Streamline roasting, baking, and retherming with a 4-speed reversible fan that drives even air circulation. A double-paned glass door lets operators verify doneness at a glance while retaining heat. Load full-size sheet pans or hotel pans to prep proteins, vegetables, or sides for service.
Dial in results with 13-position rack glides, five included wire shelves, and a 6.5" temperature probe for internal product monitoring. The 65,000 BTU burner delivers the power needed for rapid recovery between batches. A floor stand with support racks and a retractable hose reel help simplify setup, staging, and cleanup in busy operations.
