Dial in moisture and texture with Steam-on-Demand, Vario Steam®, and a core temperature probe, while a 4-speed fan promotes uniform results across loaded racks. From rapid batch steaming to reliable roasting and baking, operators can execute mixed menus efficiently and consistently.
Streamline workflow with a glass door and dual stage door latch for quick checks and safer operation. Flexible 13-position rack glides and (5) included wire shelves support varied pan layouts, and a retractable hose reel plus Time to Delime indicator simplify cleaning. Low-profile 4" casters and included hardware make placement and service access easier.
