The Blodgett BX-14E SGL electric combi oven steamer streamlines high-volume cooking with boilerless efficiency and versatile capacity. Load up to (14) 12" x 20" hotel pans or (7) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans to batch-roast proteins, steam vegetables, or finish trays for banquets and institutional service. Stainless steel construction and a glass door support rigorous daily use in busy commercial kitchens.
Dial in moisture with Steam-on-Demand and Vario Steam to protect yield and presentation, while a 4-speed fan circulates heat for consistent results across the cavity. Operators can visually monitor progress through the glass door to pace production and staging during rush periods.
Improve workflow with the included core temperature probe for accurate doneness without guesswork. Configure racks to the menu with 13-position rack glides and (5) wire shelves, then speed cleanup using the retractable hose reel. A sturdy floor stand with rack supports keeps pans organized and accessible on the line.
