The Blodgett BX-14G SGL gas combi oven steamer helps high-volume kitchens move faster with consistent results. It accommodates up to (14) 12" x 20" hotel pans or (7) full-size sheet pans, ideal for batch cooking on the line, banquets, and commissary production. A boilerless design streamlines operation while supporting responsive steam performance.
Dial in moisture and texture with Steam-on-Demand & Vario Steam, while the 4-speed fan promotes even results across loaded racks. The included core temperature probe supports precise doneness for proteins, vegetables, and baked items with less babysitting. Use it to steam sides, roast entrées, or finish trays for service with dependable timing.
Built for demanding workflows, this unit features a durable glass door with a dual stage latch and stainless steel front, sides, top, and back. Thirteen rack positions and five included wire shelves expand menu flexibility and staging. A floor stand with rack supports and a retractable hose reel simplify setup and cleanup in busy kitchens.
