Dial in results with SSD solid state digital controls, while 2-speed fans and an interior light help you balance airflow and monitor color without opening the door. Simultaneous operated doors with glass speed loading and make it easy to check doneness between batches.
A stainless steel front, sides, and top stand up to daily commercial use, and 6" stainless steel legs provide clearance for cleaning and positioning.
