Each compartment holds five 13" x 18" pans, so you can batch cookies, sheet-pan meals, or sides with reliable airflow from 1-speed fans. With 27,500 BTU per section and solid stainless steel front, sides, and top, it’s built for daily production in restaurants, cafes, and commissaries. A 7" stainless steel stand provides clearance for cleaning and steady placement on the line.
