Load up to five full-size 18" x 26" pans across ten rack positions to stage breads, proteins, sides, or retherm trays during peak periods. The SmartTouch2 touchscreen and core probe help you hit target doneness and repeat outcomes with confidence. A four-speed auto-reversing fan motor moves heat uniformly, supporting even color and texture on every rack.
Built for long service, the oven’s stainless steel front, top, sides, and back stand up to daily wear while the glass door lets staff monitor progress without opening. Adjustable 25-inch stainless steel legs provide clearance and leveling to fit your line layout.
