Single right-hinged doors with dual pane thermal glass windows let you check progress at a glance.
Control your bake with (SSI-M) solid state infinite controls and an electro-mechanical timer for straightforward, repeatable operation. A 2-speed fan gives you the airflow flexibility to handle delicate bakes, crispy sides, and roasted proteins across changing menus. The included vent riser supports effective heat management above the oven.
Stainless steel front, sides, top, and back simplify cleaning and endure high-volume duty.
