Dial in repeatable results with digital controls featuring six programmable presets. Fine-tune crust and crumb using steam vent control, a dedicated steam timer, and a bake timer, while blower delay helps protect delicate products at the start of each cycle. Halogen lighting lets staff verify doneness without interrupting the bake.
Built with a stainless steel interior and exterior, the XR8-G/STAND stands up to daily demand and cleans quickly between runs. The included stainless stand with pan slides and casters streamlines staging, mobility, and workflow from rack to oven to cooling. cETLus and NSF listings support code compliance in commercial facilities.
