The Blodgett ZEPH-100-G DBL gas double-deck convection oven streamlines high-volume production for restaurants, cafeterias, and bakeries. Standard-depth chambers accept five 18" x 26" sheet pans per compartment, helping stage batches of cookies, roasted vegetables, or trays of proteins. A 100,000 BTU system supports fast recovery and dependable results across both decks.
SSI-D solid state infinite controls with a digital timer let teams dial in repeatable settings for daily prep, banquets, and à la carte service. A two-speed fan optimizes airflow for delicate bakes or aggressive roasting, improving texture and browning. Dependent glass doors and an interior light allow quick checks without disrupting the cook cycle.
Built for continuous duty, the stainless steel front, sides, and top simplify cleaning and stand up to busy line traffic.
