Infusion series technology and six brew buttons let staff select three batch sizes—0.5, 1.0, or 1.5 gallons—to match rushes or off-peak demand. Pair it with Soft Heat servers to stage fresh coffee for service lines, banquets, catering, and convenience stations.
Drive cup quality and consistency with the multidirectional Peak Extraction sprayhead, pre-infusion and pulse brew, and an electronic funnel lock for safer operation. USB programming speeds recipe deployment and menu changes across locations, while blue LED indicators communicate status at a glance. A side hot water faucet supports tea, oatmeal, and beverage prep without tying up the line.
