Product Description
Streamline hot and cold food transport with the Cambro 100MPC110 Camcarrier, a top-loading insulated food carrier engineered for busy kitchens and off-site service. Built for GN full-size or fractional pans up to 8 inches deep, it protects product quality while simplifying service workflows.
Maintain safe temperatures for up to 4 hours—hot between 190°–179°F and cold between 33.9°–35.8°F—thanks to one-piece, double-wall polyethylene and polyurethane foam insulation. A removable gasket and passive vent slot help equalize pressure and preserve food integrity during opening.
Handle demanding routes with confidence using two molded-in handles, six recessed plastic latches, and a scratch-resistant textured exterior. Ideal for catering, banquets, cafeterias, and healthcare meal delivery where reliability, sanitation, and consistency matter.
