Optimize dishroom flow with the Cambro ADCSC480 S-Series adjustable dish caddy. Four CamLever towers adapt quickly to hold 9"–12" plates, keeping stacks stable and ready for service. A compact 27" x 27" footprint fits through tight corridors and staging areas while supporting up to 500 lb.
Move loads smoothly across back-of-house and front-of-house with 360° maneuvering on four 5" non-marking swivel casters with brake. Two molded-in top handles and recessed handles on all sides give staff confident control when docking at the warewashing station, rolling to banquets, or resetting buffet lines. The included vinyl cover with ID pocket protects and labels stacks between turns.
Built from a one-piece molded polyethylene body in speckled gray, this caddy resists rust, dents, and cracks under daily commercial use. NSF listed for sanitation, it helps chefs, operators, and facility managers stage, transport, and present clean dinnerware with less effort.
