Its rugged polypropylene shell and foamed-in polyurethane insulation maintain serving temperatures for hours while withstanding daily knocks on catering routes and in commissary workflows.

This top-loading insulated food carrier holds one GN full-size or fractional pan up to 4 inches deep, with approximately 12.3 qt capacity. It retains heat for up to 4 hours at 190–179°F or keeps cold items 33.9–35.8°F for up to 4 hours, optimizing off-site service, satellite lines, and bulk drop-offs.

Operate efficiently with four EZ grip molded-in handles, four durable nylon latches, a built-in gasket, and a self-venting lid that reduces pressure build-up. Stack with MPC Camcarriers and UPC Ultra Pan Carriers between stops, then run the carrier through the dishwasher to speed end-of-shift cleanup.
