Product Description
Move hot entrées and chilled sides with confidence using the Cambro UPCS160110, a top-loading S-Series ultra pan carrier built for demanding foodservice routes. Its high-performance insulation maintains safe serving temperatures for up to 4 hours—190–179°F hot or 33.9–35.8°F cold—so your menu arrives ready to plate.
Load one GN full-size or fractional pan up to 6 inches deep (approx. 20 qt capacity) to streamline batch prep and service. Four EZ-grip molded-in handles and four nylon latches secure the lid and improve control through kitchens, docks, and venues.
Self-venting design helps release steam to preserve texture, while durable polypropylene with foamed-in polyurethane insulation stands up to daily use. Stack with MPC Camcarriers and UPC Ultra Pan Carriers to build an efficient, modular transport system that’s dishwasher safe for quick turnaround.
