The Cambro UPC140131 Ultra Pan Carriers® unit streamlines hot and cold food transport for catering routes, satellite service, and banquets. This top-loading insulated food carrier holds one GN full-size or fractional pans up to 4" deep and offers an approximate 12.3 qt capacity. Maintain serving quality with proven temperature retention: hot foods for up to 4 hours and chilled items for up to 4 hours.

Built for daily service, its one-piece, seamless, double-wall polyethylene body is filled with polyurethane foam insulation to safeguard temperatures and contents. Operators can load, stage, and move confidently using four E‑Z grip molded-in handles, while four nylon over-center latches and a removable gasket help secure the seal in transit. A self-venting design supports consistent holding performance.

Optimize back-of-house flow with a stackable profile that integrates with Camcarriers. A scratch-resistant textured exterior stands up to transport demands, and dishwasher-safe construction simplifies end-of-day cleanup.
