A one-piece polyethylene shell and thick polyurethane foam insulation deliver rugged durability and reliable heat retention, holding temperature for 4+ hours unplugged. Configure service your way by loading up to (6) 2½", (4) 4", (3) 6", or (2) 8" deep GN 1/1 pans to support batch cooking and menu flexibility.
Streamline workflows with molded-in handles, a nylon latch, built-in thermometer, and a vent cap to release steam. Stack the unit and roll it on a CD400 Camdolly for effortless transport, then plug into a standard 15-amp outlet with the removable 9 ft cord for on-site hot holding.
