Move hot or cold menu items securely with the Cambro CMBHC1826LC191 Camtherm hot/cold cart. This low profile, single-door, electric unit features an insulated, durable polyethylene exterior built for daily transport. A temperature set dial, on/off power switch, and an easy-to-read Celsius thermometer help staff dial in and verify holding conditions without slowing service.
Universal pan slides accept a variety of pan types and depths to simplify batch cooking and staging. The serving top and integrated menu clip support ticketing and plating at the point of service, ideal for banquet lines, school cafeterias, and healthcare room service. The granite gray finish presents a clean, professional look in front- or back-of-house.
Designed for mobility, the cart rolls on two 10" rear casters and two 6" front swivel casters with brakes for stable parking. A 9' cord with NEMA 5-15P plug connects to standard 110v, 50/60 Hz, single-phase power, drawing 1162 watts and 10.7 am
