This food carrier dolly streamlines transport of Cam GoBox carriers and 18" x 26" boxes, helping chefs and operators move bulk items from prep to staging to service with fewer trips. Its low-profile platform design makes loading fast and stable in busy kitchens, commissaries, and dock areas.
Four swivel casters, including two with brakes, enable smooth maneuvering through tight corridors, elevators, and banquet halls, then lock securely for safe staging. Built of ABS plastic and NSF listed, it stands up to daily use and frequent cleaning in high-volume environments. The red finish supports quick fleet identification for facility managers and buyers standardizing equipment.
