Load one GN 1/1 or two GN 1/2 pans up to 8 inches deep to stage entrees, sides, or salads for catering, cafeterias, and healthcare meal service. It maintains safe temperatures for up to four hours, helping teams hold without constant reheating or ice swaps. Indented corners let staff remove the lid quickly to speed plating and service.

Large ergonomic handles improve grip during transport, while a stackable, drip-resistant design protects food and minimizes mess in vehicles or hallways. When service ends, run it through the dishwasher to reset fast for the next delivery.
