The Cambro EPP300110 Cam GoBox® insulated food pan carrier streamlines hot or cold holding for busy kitchens, catering operations, and delivery routes. It accommodates up to (3) GN 1/1 or (6) GN 1/2 pans at 4 inches deep while maintaining safe temperatures for up to 4 hours. A front-load design accelerates access during plating, service lines, and drop-offs.
